PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL CANDY 
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Peanut butter (approx. 8 oz.)

Stir butter, sugar and milk together, then roll out on counter to about 1/4 inch thick. Completely cover with peanut butter to desired thickness. Start at one edge and roll. Place completed roll in refrigerator overnight and then slice about 1/4 inch thick. Store refrigerated.
