SHRIMP & CREAM CHEESE BALLS 
6 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash salt
Finely chopped 4 1/2 oz. can drained shrimp

Add all ingredients to cream cheese and blend well. Chill. When chilled, form into 1" balls and roll in finely chopped salted nuts. Or mound on a plate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve or spread on crackers.
