GRAHAM CRACKER TOFFEE BARS 
Line an edges cookie sheet (approximately 8 1/2 x 10) with foil. Place graham crackers tightly to fill pan. Sometimes you have to break crackers to fit.

In saucepan, bring to boil: 1/2 stick butter 1/4 c. granulated sugar

Simmer a few minutes at a rolling boil. Pour syrup over crackers and nuts if desired and bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cool and place on paper toweling to absorb butter.
