PEAR HONEY JAM 
5 c. pears, peeled and sliced
5 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange
1/8 tsp. ginger

Mix all together, except ginger, and boil for 20 minutes. Add ginger and boil for 5 more minutes. Pour into jelly glasses and seal. Makes 6 to 8 glasses. A great gift.
