POTATO KLUB 
Pork hocks or ham bone
4 c. grated potatoes
3 c. flour
Ham for center (optional)

Boil hocks or ham bone for one hour. Grate raw potatoes, measure 4 cups and mix with flour. Make into patties which chunks of ham or pork have been added. Drop into boiling water which the ham or pork hocks were cooked. Cook for 30 minutes until tender. These can be fried again for breakfast in butter.
