FROZEN LEMONADE DESSERT 
40 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
1 can Eagle Brand milk
9 oz. container Cool Whip

Crush crackers, add butter and powdered sugar. Save 1 cup and pat rest in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Whip lemonade and Eagle Brand milk until frothy. Fold in 9 ounces Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Top with crumbs. This freezes well.
