MANDARIN SAUCE 
2 c. tomatoes, can, cut up
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 slice fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. powder
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Put all together in pan. Bring to boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup chopped green pepper. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch to 1/4 cup water. Add slowly to thickness desired. Pour sauce over cooked shrimp or chicken.
