PARIS POTATOES 
5 c. cooked potatoes, diced
2 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 1/4 c. green onions, minced
Dash garlic salt, paprika, parsrley
2 tsp. salt
1 c. commercial sour cream
3/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded (Old English best)

Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and salt. Fold mixture into diced potatoes. Pour into shallow buttered casserole. Top with cheese, paprika and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
