SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello, dry
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix dry Jello with cottage cheese, then add Cool Whip; blend well. Add oranges, pineapple, nuts. Refrigerate overnight. It well set up better.
