SALMON PARTY LOG 
1 lb. can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Drain and flake salmon. Combine with next 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill and shape mixture into logs about 2 inches in diameter. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
