SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 c. flaked, cooked seafood (crab meat, shrimp, tuna, salmon, lobster)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lettuce in sm. pieces

If canned seafood is used, drain off oil. Lightly mix ingredients in order. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, toss with mayonnaise to moisten. Serves 4.
