|FISH FILLETS IN TOMATO SAUCE|
1 lb. filleted fish
Tomato sauce (homemade or jar)
Layer sauce in baking pan. Lay fillets on top. Brush on some melted butter. Sprinkle fish with oregano, basil and bread crumbs. Broil 4-5 minutes or until fish is done (opaque and flaky). Serve fish with pasta and sauce from pan.
