GERMAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1/2 lb. hamburg
1 onion, sliced or diced
5 or 6 shakes soy sauce
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (2 fl. oz.) bottle gravy master (use 1/2 bottle)
1 glass water
4-5 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper

Brown hamburg and onion in frying pan. When that's cooked, fill pan with water. Let water boil; reduce heat to medium. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes. Mix together. Take cold glass of water and add flour to it and mix together until smooth. Slowly pour flour mixture into frying pan, mixing as you pour. (That will make the gravy thick.) Add sugar, mustard and gravy master, stirring it in. Reduce heat, simmer 45 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
