ANNIE'S POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. white potatoes
1 jar Miracle Whip (22 oz.)
3 med. green bell peppers
1 bunch scallions (green)
1 bunch celery
1 Spanish onion
2 tbsp. dill
3 tbsp. mustard (French's)
1 doz. eggs (hard boiled)
1 tbsp. paprika (optional)

Peel and dice potatoes, cook until tender. Boil 1 dozen eggs. (Let eggs and potatoes cool after cooking.) Drain and let stand 45 minutes.

Clean and dice onions, celery and green peppers and scallions.

Mix potatoes, eggs, onions, celery, peppers, dill, mustard, Miracle Whip and scallions in a large bowl. Top with paprika for color.

Makes 15 servings of delicious potato salad.
