PASTY CRUST 
RECIPE FOR 12 SMALL PASTIES:

8 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 lb. lard
1 1/2 c. water

RECIPE FOR 8 INCH PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. lard
6 tbsp. water

Mix as for pie crust. Roll out and fill with your favorite pasty filling.
