VANILLA WAFER CHEESE TARTS 
1 box vanilla wafers
21 oz. cherry pie filler
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. each lemon juice, vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Place wafer in bottom of midget foil cups. Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese puffs up. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over each cup. Bake 5 more minutes. Top with cherry.
