1 (9 inch) deep pan, place a layer of crackers to line bottom of pan.
Cook chocolate pudding to directions on package. Pour thick layer of chocolate pudding, covering layer of crackers completely. Repeat with another of crackers and another layer of chocolate pudding, 4 layers in all.
Top with remaining chocolate pudding, smoothing out nicely with spatula. Crumble graham crackers into crumbs and dust top of cake.
When completely cooled, place in refrigerator for 2 1/2 hours until completely firm. Serves 8 nicely. Decorate with Reddi Whip - top with a cherry.
