ORANGE SHERBET CAKE 
1 box orange cake mix
1 box orange Jello (sm. box)
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 2 layers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool layers and split to make 4 layers.

ORANGE SHERBET FILLING:

1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) frozen coconut
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Spread all but 1 cup between layers.

ICING:

1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix Cool Whip with 1 cup filling and spread on top and sides of cake.
