SALSA DE HUEVOS RANCHEROS 
2 serrano chiles, thinly sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil

In a saucepan, heat cooking oil. Stir in onions, serrano chiles and garlic. Cook until onions are tender. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper and water. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
