Soup bone with marrow
Spices, ground black pepper, ground cumin seed, ground garlic, coriander
A little tomato sauce for color
Place soup bone in 2-quart pan filled with water. Let cook until meat is almost done. Add vegetables, cut in pieces. Cook until potatoes are done. Add spices and tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste and coriander.
