TENDER CUBE STEAK 
4 cube steaks
Flour
1 sm. onion
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
Salt & pepper
4-5 sm. potatoes, optional

Roll steaks in flour, salt and pepper to taste. Place in small roasting pan. Add small onion, diced. Pour tomato juice over meat. Add potatoes, peeled and halved (optional). Cover. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. So tender you can cut it with a fork.
