KETCHUP CHILI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes (28 lbs.)
2 onions minced
2 green peppers minced

Cook above ingredients until soft, then put in food sieve. Return to pan. Cook until 3/4 quantity left. Add these ingredients: 1/2 c. salt 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. allspice 1 tbsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. red pepper 3 tbsp. paprika 5 c. vinegar

Cook until desired thickness. For chili sauce, peel tomatoes, don't sieve.
