PAN ROASTED VEGETABLES 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cauliflower flowerets
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. carrots, cut into julienne strips
2 sm. onions, quartered

Melt butter in 9" x 13" baking pan in oven preheated to 400 degrees. Stir in thyme, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until vegetables are crispy tender. Serves 6.
