Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toast 4 slices of bread. Place in bottom (as a square) in roaster pan. Rub oil generously on turkey (20 pound). Place breast side-down unstuffed on toast. Cook 60-70 minutes. Turn oven to 325 degrees. Remove hot turkey and very carefully stuff. Don't burn yourself. Place back in pan breast side up. Completely cover with foil. Cut opening for browning last 1/2 hour.
