RHUBARB APPLE PIE 
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. fresh cut up rhubarb
2 c. sliced apples
2 tbsp. butter

Combine flour, salt and sugar. Mix together with apples and rhubarb and let stand 20 minutes. Pour into 9 inch pie shell, dot with butter, adjust top crust and seal. Bake in 400 degree oven about 55 minutes. Cool.
