1 cup chopped red and/or green apples
1 cup red grapes
I cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. ground celery seed
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
pinch each allspice, cinnamon and ground ginger
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover refrigerate 1 hour or for up to 24 hours.
Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
