16 oz. cream cheese, softened (Philadelphia brand works best)
3/4 c. sugar
16 oz. sour cream
Soften cream cheese and mix with eggs. Add sugar. Blend in sour cream. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Shut off oven. Let sit in oven for one hour.
VARIATION: WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE:
Add 1 pound melted white chocolate to batter. Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake same as above.
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
1/2 sleeve of honey graham crackers
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/8 c. sugar
Crush graham crackers, add butter and sugar. Mix well. Spread evenly in 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
