SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg

Combine a can of salmon, drained and flaked with a can of celery soup, 1 egg and the remaining ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
