1 lb. butter
7 c. flour
6 egg yolks
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg dry yeast or 2 small cakes of yeast
1/2 c. sugar


2 c. finely ground nuts
1 c. sugar
1-2 eggs

Blend as for pie crust butter (must be butter) and flour. Then add remaining ingredients.

Stir together well; cover and refrigerate overnight.

The following day, roll out on granulated sugar and fill with nut filling or lekvar.

Mix filling together; if too dry, add another egg.

Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10-15 minutes or until done.
