BONELESS STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
2 whole boneless breasts
Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 c. chicken gravy (I use canned)

Cut breasts in half to have 4 pieces. Pound with mallet until 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Prepare 1 cup of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing. (Bring 1/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons of butter to boil. Stir in 1 cup of dry stuffing mix.)

Put 1/4 cup of prepared stuffing on center of each piece of chicken. Roll up the chicken around the stuffing. Place seam down in baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Pour chicken gravy over all. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
