EASY OVEN PORK CHOPS 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
6 lean pork chops (3/4" thick)

Melt butter in shallow pan. Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. In another dish, combine egg and milk. Coat pork chops with crumbs then dip in egg, then back in crumbs. Place in buttered pan, bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Turn over and bake 30 minutes more. 6 servings.
