KNADLES 
1 stalk celery
Small onion
3/4 loaf bread
1 pound bacon
1/2 stick butter
Eggs
Hot peppers (optional)
Salt ( to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Fry bacon until crisp. Then crumble into small (very) pieces. Dice onion, celery and saute in butter on low heat until softened. Crumble bread. Add sauted mixture, add crumbled bacon. Add enough eggs to moisten ( as making stuffing) mix well. Add salt, pepper. Roll into balls size of meat balls and fry on low heat in remaining bacon grease until cooked through.
