"WURST" SOUR CREAM CUCUMBERS 
1 med. onion, peeled & thinly sliced & broke apart in pieces
3 med. cucumbers, peeled & thinly sliced
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together sour cream, sugar, salt and vinegar until well blended. Fold in sliced cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Stir and serve. The longer it sets the better the flavor is distributed. Keeps well in refrigerator for days. (Recipe has been handed down for generations in the Wurst family.)
