|DUMPLINGS FOR CHICKEN PAPRIKASH|
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
Combine eggs, milk and salt. Stir in flour. Drop by 1/2 teaspoons into boiling water. Cook 5 minutes. Serve with paprikash spooning gravy over the dumplings.
Also can be served over noodles but never as good. You may have to double the recipe for enough dumplings.
