CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns (squares)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper

Butter 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together in large bowl hash browns, butter, onion, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt, and pepper. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile in small bowl mix together crushed corn flakes and melted butter with fork. Remove potatoes from oven. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of potatoes. Bake 45 minutes longer, uncovered.
