APPLE TUNA SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green peppers
1/2 c. peanuts
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 apples, cored
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
Crisp salad greens, refrigerated 1 hour

Flake tuna into a bowl; add celery, onion, green pepper, peanuts, salt, and pepper. Cube the apples. Sprinkle lemon juice over them to keep apples from darkening. Add to tuna fish. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Carefully blend into tuna mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with salad greens.
