WHITE CHOCOLATE SALTIES 
1 lb. white chocolate
2 tbsp. shortening
3 c. stick pretzels
1 c. Spanish peanuts

Melt chocolate and shortening together in double boiler. Pour melted chocolate into bowl. Add pretzels and peanuts; mix well. Pour into 10x15x1 inch jelly roll pan that has been buttered. Chill for 20 minutes or until firm. Break and serve. Store in airtight container. May use butter-flavored Crisco; it gives a nice flavor.
