CHICKEN PIQUANT 
Chicken pieces, skins left on
1/2 c. rose or dry red wine
2 tbsp. water
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce

Place chicken pieces in baking dish and brown in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Pour off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces. Cook another 30-45 minutes until done, basting every 15 minutes.
