CHOCOLATE BETTER THAN XXX CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 3/4 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Remove 2 tablespoons of the cake mix and use to coat the chocolate chips and nuts. Set aside. Combine cake mix, eggs, water, vanilla, pudding mix and sour cream. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Turn into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack. Frost when completely cooled.

FUDGE FROSTING:

2 egg yolks
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. milk
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Mix egg yolks, melted butter, melted chocolate, milk and vanilla together. Add confectioners' sugar. Beat until creamy.
