LEMON PUDDING BARS 
1 large pkg. lemon pudding (NOT instant)
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar

Prepare pudding as per box instructions. Let cool. Set aside.

Beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla together. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Spread 2/3 of batter in greased jelly roll pan. Spread pudding over top. Spoon remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. let cool 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
