1 med. green bell pepper, seeded & cut into 1" pieces
1 c. diced onions
1/4 c. water
12 oz. peeled, cooked potatoes, diced
12 oz. precooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced
In 10 inch nonstick skillet combine bell pepper, onions and water; cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp, 3-4 minutes. Add potatoes and sausage to vegetables and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until mixture is heated through, 2-3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
