|MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS|
Peel 8 carrots and cut into sticks. Boil about 15 minutes. Drain, add 3/4 cup boiling water (saved from draining carrots), mix with 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 3 tablespoons butter; stir to glaze. Serve.
