SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (use fresh and baked ahead or canned, drained)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Add all ingredients to potatoes and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
