SALMON CAKES (EA) 
Empty contents of 1 pound can of salmon into bowl, including the liquid. Remove skin and bones. Add 3 large boiled potatoes (hot), 2 slices bread, broken up into small pieces, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 onion (grated) and slightly beaten egg. Shape into cakes and fry.
