LOW SUGAR BROWNIES 
1/2 c. sugar
6 packets Sweet One (or Equal)
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 lg. eggs OR 1/2 c. Eggbeaters
1/4` c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl and add melted butter and vanilla. Add mixed dry ingredients to liquid ones. Spray 8x8 inch nonstick pan with Pam. Add batter and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 16 small or 9 large brownies.
