CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS 
1 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. bourbon

In a blender or food processor, coarsely grind the cookie crumbs with 1 cup of the pecans. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar, corn syrup and bourbon an mix thoroughly.

Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Spread the remaining 1 cup of pecans on a plate. Roll the balls in the nuts.
