SMOKED SAUSAGE AND PINTO BEAN DINNER 
1 lb. smoked sausage or Kielbasa
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2-3 c. pinto beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Fry sausage in skillet until slightly browned. Add onion and green pepper. Saute until tender, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to blend. Simmer 10 minutes.
