CHOCOLATE AMARETTO CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

8 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate cookies, finely crushed (2 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. melted butter

CAKE:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) milk chocolate pieces, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. amaretto
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. amaretto
Toasted slivered almonds

Combine crushed cookies and 1/2 cup melted butter. press into bottom and up 2 inches on sides of 9 inch springform pan. Chill in mixer bowl.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in chocolate, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup amaretto and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or just until set. Stir remaining sour cream and amaretto together and spread over baked cheesecake. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Garnish with toasted sliced almonds. Cool, cover and chill until serving time.
