JOHN WAYNE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
4 eggs
2/3 c. (small can) evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bake in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Spread chilies in bottom of dish, then put cheeses on top of chilies. Separate eggs and combine egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into egg yolk mixture. Pour over cheese and chilies.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
