BAKED ROUND STEAK WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 1/2-1 3/4 lb. round steak
1 can mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 c. flour
1/2 c. water
2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. oil

Cut steak into natural sections, cutting large section in half. Flour steaks and brown quickly in oil. Place in casserole dish. In saucepan bring mushroom soup, mushroom slices, water and bouillon cubes to a boil. Pour over beef. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Can also be put in crock pot all day on low.
